This is the most authoritative source for confirmed, legitimate subcontractors in the state.
The AI will search across all US locations on LookingForSubs.com, then filter results down to California-based contractors only. This is necessary because the platform does not support direct location-based filtering — a standard search will not isolate CA results on its own. The n8n workflow handles this by pulling all results and applying a CA-only filter at the data processing stage before writing to Google Sheets.
The AI will search Procore's contractor network by running a separate query for each of the 10 trade categories in the target list, with location set to California. Procore is used by major general contractors across the US and contains verified, active subcontractors who are actively seeking work. Each service search is run individually to ensure full coverage across all trade types.
Using your Facebook account, the AI will pull lead data from every member who has posted or engaged in the following groups within the last 4 months. No trade filtering is applied here — we capture contact info for everyone active in these groups, maximizing the pool. Names, profile links, and any visible contact details are extracted and added to the Google Sheet.
